We ship through Australia Post.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email with a tracking number. We will endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to change of mind. Please ensure you select your items carefully prior to purchasing.

If you wish to change your order, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate changes, however once your order is made there is no exchanges or refunds. If there is a fault with your product, please email us within 7 days and provide images and detailed information about what is wrong with the product.

International Orders:

Please note, if for some reason your parcel is stopped at customs and tax is required to be paid, Badger and Me takes no responsibility for these charges.

Unfortunately, no pet toy is indestructible, please replace the toy once worn or damaged. Please also choose size appropriate products to suit the size of your pet. Supervision is also advised. For further safety information on particular products, please refer to the individual company’s website for further information.
